How Do I Download the WAVE app?

GETTING STARTED WITH WAVE
Welcome to the start of your journey with RFID retail inventory management. Before anything, you need to purchase our starter kit and subscribe to the WAVE app. Once you receive your starter kit, you can now install the WAVE app on your selected iPhone device.
EASY INSTALLATION GUIDE
Please see the following steps on how to install the WAVE app:
- Open App Store and search for SimplyRFID
- Alternatively, you could check your e-mail inbox — a download link should be available on our Welcome Message e-mail — or go access the app through this link.
- If you have a QR Scanner available on your phone, you can use the QR code at the bottom of this article.
- Once you've found the WAVE app in the App Store, click download. When the download has been completed, click install.
- Installation should take a few seconds up to a few minutes. It is recommended to have the latest version of iOS (currently iOS 13 as of date).
- You can now start using the WAVE app!
