Minor UI enhancements and security updates

Pogi API

  1. Improved IP checking of suspected DDOS attacks.
  2. Fixed issue generating thumbnails with transparent section.

WebUI

  1. Add/Update User and User Profile dialogs now has an input field for confirming the password. This prevents accidentally saving a mistyped password.
  2. Current page table: date-only field no longer display time (when not needed).
